The Right Mattress
The right mattress will guarantee a good night’s sleep. How we sleep will determine what mattress is best suited for you. Side sleepers need something that doesn’t put a lot of stress on the upper body. A soft, yet solid mattress that lets the body sink into it is the best choice to accommodate the natural curvature of the spine. Back sleepers need support on the lower back. A medium-firm mattress is the best choice which allows for both comfort and support of the lower back throughout the night. Stomach sleepers need firmness and solid support. Don’t go with a soft mattress that allows the body to sink too deeply. Instead chose something that will be firm, but comfortable for optimum sleep.
