Chiropractor Approved Neck Stretches
These chiropractor-approved stretches are safe and effective. Stretching the neck muscles should feel slightly uncomfortable, but should never be painful. If your muscles are extremely tight, ease yourself in the stretches and be gentle. Heating the muscles up before stretching with a heating pad or a warm shower will also be beneficial and help you get as good a stretch as possible.
