Chiropractor Approved Neck Stretches
These chiropractor-approved stretches are safe and effective. Stretching the neck muscles should feel slightly uncomfortable, but should never be painful. If your muscles are extremely tight, ease yourself in the stretches and be gentle. Heating the muscles up before stretching with a heating pad or a warm shower will also be beneficial and help you get as good a stretch as possible.

What could be causing your neck pain?
1. Sleeping position. Do not sleep on your stomach Sleep on your side or back with a supportive pillow. Do not sleep with your arms/hands above your head. Sleeping Position for neck pain here.
2. Computer posture. Get an ergonomic assessment at your workplace. Make sure you are sitting square to your main monitor and that your elbows are on the armrests of your chair. Do not hyke you mouse shoulder and sit all “gangster” at your computer station.
