- Ice….Ice the shoulder every day after work or any type of physical activity.
- Get in for treatment. Before you start any stretching or the rotator cuff exercises listed below, get in for treatment. Our Chiropractor thinks there is no reason for you to start stretching or strengthening your rotator cuff injury when it’s not working biomechanically correct. It would be like walking on a treadmill with a broken ankle.
