It can feel like tapping and may be temporarily sore afterward. When used, it’s paired with a progressive rehab plan—because shockwave tends to work best alongside a structured strengthening and loading program. Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy (IASTT)

IASTT uses a specialized tool to provide targeted soft tissue treatment. It can be helpful when an area feels restricted or highly sensitive, and we want to improve short-term mobility and tolerance.
